Here’s A Picture Of Jim MacPhee Drinking Beverly

The title pretty much says it all.

This picture is why MacPhee, who is now Walt Disney World’s Senior Vice President of Operations and Next Generation Experiences (whatever that means), will always be my favorite WDW exec. It also doesn’t hurt that he was working as an EPCOT parking attendant the day that park opened in 1982.

  It’s funny that I was actually there when this happened. I bumped into Jim at Club Cool that day and after our short conversation, someone asked him to pose by the soda machine with his finger on the Beverly button. So I’m actually standing behind the photographer he’s posing for.

  And sorry, Foxxy, I don’t think he actually tasted it.
